    2017 Raptor

SCREW 2017 Raptor loaded. Well worth the wait! Avalanche gray looks more white as photo is from security camera. Monster truck, California street legal.
  2. Got mine today, in driveway Can't figure out how to post a picture
  3. Looking for an update, thanks much. VIN 1FTEX1RG4HFA26648
  4. The other Raptor forum has some suggesting 2" trailer hitch winch rigs. Anyone have experience with this set up? Trolling the web shows a lot of promise considering a front end tow kit can be installed with no changes to CARB lol....sorry. My Raptor comes with a rear tow kit so a hitch winch would work if wiring could be easy. Most use would come pulling myself BACK out of a dumb ditch move anyway. Some looked very portable, almost too portable while others looked way complicated with wiring and such. Cost is lower too....
  5. Not dealing with rational governance here in the land of fruits and nuts. 40,000 new regulations get passed annually, most control small to mid sized businesses ability to profit. If it wasn't for the cheap foreign labor in Silicon Valley, the state would be a broke ghost town. More leave than arrive, when counting US citizens.
  6. Wow, just read installation instructions for relocating intercooler (or wtf it's called) CANT BE DONE IN COMMUNIST CALIFORNIA so no ADD bumper with winch for me. I can't wait to gtfo of this crap hole.
  7. I'm going to see if S.W.A.T. 4x4 specialists in Fremont can install the intercooler mod from ADD that is required to install the stealth bumper with winch. If so I will opt for that. They have great reviews on yelp and not too far from where I live. I'm still looking though, kind of hoping for more of a brush guard with winch, just not sure how that would look. Need a winch to go off-road alone. I learned that the hard way with my 84 CJ - 7.
  8. I really want to get a winch and more lights up front, I looked at addicted desert designs bumper with winch but requires a intercooler or something...(I am not a mechanic). I need a good shop in northern / central California to help me. Does any one know anyone ? Any help, greatly appreciated. Actually my first choice would be a brush guard bumper with winch and LED panel up front, the after market i have searched doesn't show this for the ecoboost. Need a shop to put it on for me even if I buy the kit online.
  9. I was two seconds from cancelling and taking the deposit back, trust me. I haven't bought a car since 2002 BMW and 2001 Ford Explorer sport track 2x4. I researched the 2017 Raptor and it really excited me. The Ford dealers in my vicinity were allocated 4 trucks each, and I live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Very restricted EPA standards here. They charge gas guzzler taxes on hellcat models from the competition. I'm not sure how much longer California will even allow these trucks into the state so I am not taking any chances on waiting for 2018 or going through the hassle I went through to order this one. I hope and pray that this truck is everything I want because it is my retirement gift to myself, I plan on taking tours of national parks in Utah and beyond and camping on pismo beach with my lovely wife. You are never to old to love life and enjoy the freedom this country offers, spend your money or the government will get it, or worse yet, your lazy kids. I'll post pictures when my dream truck arrives to this flooded region of the country. Road closed? Bullshit.....
  10. Window sticker was available through these sites back in November, but not once the truck was released, I can't get it to show up any more on any links. The actual truck is in route on a train as I type this. Guess the next time I see the sticker it will be on the truck.
  11. Just got a call from my dealer, my Raptor is on a train heading west. ETA week of January 25, 2017. Well got dang! I may just get one after all (fingers crossed)
  12. 1FTEX1RG4HFA26648 VIN Order N080 Dealer F72018 Thank you for any info, last I heard it was "released"
  13. Damn.....you'd think the new Raptor mats would be good considering the amount of upgrading that went into the design. I hate when they skimp on important details like mats. My 2001 sport track mats are stock, made of heavy fibers. I'll admit it's dryer than a desert out here but still, they have lasted 16 years. No rubber in them.
  14. .38 sp in bed side, 12 gauge pump with pistol grip near enough. Kimber .45 if they are really dumb a Red Jacket custom AK. The .38 is small and fitted with crimson trace laser grips for my wife, hollow points so they don't go through to the neighbors. Defender 1200 is buckshot and slugs. Hope things never get bad enough to need the kimber or the AK but all it would take is a few days of food shortages......
