'69 Mustang 428 Cobra Jet. The Boss had the attitude but the Cobra Jet put the muscle to the pavement.

True... but the Boss had untapped potential that only a true hot rodder could appreciate. If Ford had built it the way Chrysler and GM built their muscle cars, it would definately be the most feared and respected... not the Hemi 'Cuda or LS-6 Chevelle.

awwwwwwwwwwwweeeeeeeeesome!

I wish they had more old Fords on those cable classic car shows like Overhaulin'. all you ever see are ugly old Chevys, Dodges, even Pontiacs and Buicks (OK, a few of these I like, but an occassional Mustang just isn't enough)

62 Ford truck. I love the two tone, but yeah the wheels suck.Still , if I had one in this nice of shape I would leave it factory.

Y'all have it pretty well covered. The c. '62 - '67 Ford trucks will always define trucks for me - probably a function of my age. I will add this in as my pick for cars:

My favorite Fords of all time are the big wagons that ended with the 1991 Country Squire, but I didn't think anyone here would count them as classics.

Well, I consider my '65 Colony Park as a classic!

I also think that it is much more practical than the current crop of SUV's. Now if only I could work up the ambition to rebuild the tranny again.
