fuzzymoomoo Posted June 12, 2018 Share Posted June 12, 2018 Based on what Ive experienced at MAP, especially since the announcement that C-Crew was being eliminated, I have long suspected that at least there the union favors the higher seniority workers and I suspect its because they pay more dues than us based on hourly wage. Riptide Posted June 12, 2018 Author Share Posted June 12, 2018 When you ask the reps in this building about any type of right their answer is always let me check with the process coach. I am in material handling and the senior process coach represents us better than ANY union person in the building. We get p codes and never get wrote up. Someone dropped parts last month and the bargaining rep to them that they were getting disqualified. I guess the big pay raise they voted themselves justifies not letting the union brother from speaking about being threatened by a company process coach, which the union rep supported.
