coupe3w
Maybe the 7.0L Ford V8 is in response to this?
Fgts
FCA inside guys clams a new 7.0 / 426 cid Hemi will be an option.
Kev-Mo
Maybe Dodge will finally have truck that can maintain the speed limit up the Ike Gauntlet. Doubt Ford is scared of T-Rex
tbone
Im welcoming the competition. It will only make the trucks better.
jcartwright99
Not a truck for me and neither is a Raptor. However I do see a lot of Raptors out on Silver Lake Sand Dunes (google it), and it looks fun. My question is besides coming up with a clever name, will they actually be able to engineer a better truck than the Raptor? I could see Ford responding by pushing the 3.5 to 500hp and then giving the mythical 7.0 as an option.
twintornados
My question is besides coming up with a clever name, will they actually be able to engineer a better truck than the Raptor? . Dodg...err, I mean RAM has never been able to engineer a truck that is better than a Ford, what makes you think they'll start now? They are only appealing to their fan base that wants a Raptor-esque vehicle so when they jump a curb down at Walmart, they don't get hung up...**cough-cough** Rebel...... tbone
I would not underestimate Ram. They have been relatively innovative and they have the Mopar Ram Runner package that can be added to their trucks which is very competent.

buddysystem
The Jeep team did a great job on the new Wrangler Rubicon. They've mastered rock crawling and mudding. Next target is sand and high speed off roading. I'm sure the Jeep guys will help the Ram TRX guys out.
