pmooret
Here at LAP they started taking referrals. Apparently they didn't get enough so they extended the deadline. Still didn't get enough so now they have announced that employees may turn in three referrals. Nobody wants to work their ass off to be a temporary employee in horrendous conditions, with no insurance for years, at a not so desirable salary. Years down the road you'll see folks at corporate doing this, karma.
Decker
Labor is well on its way to being the next shortage. Its not long ago Walmart would have never thought about anything but a 32 hour a week employee but even Walmart is realizing what you get for 32 hours and no benefits.... 13 or 14 bucks an hour with no benefits and then work an assembly line, we realize what Ford is getting for that 13 bucks.... pmooret
We have several local suppliers for LAP and KTP and they offer better pay with insurance and air conditioned facilities.

I doubt they top out as high as we do. Most suppliers top out at most $22/hr
