HofstraJet
Ordered on Aug. 17. The vehicle is at the dealership and I plan to take delivery this weekend. Here's the window sticker and here are a few pictures I snapped at the dealership. Will post many more once I take delivery. Special thanks to cyberdman and Pioneer who helped me track the vehicle on its journey from "Order Processing - Unscheduled - Clean" to actual delivery.
pffan1990
Nice! What is the paint called? Don't think I've ever seen the interior color like that. I like the bright seats with dark wood trim.

ToddGak
congrats! We have a reserve on order with the same interior (ebony/russet) but with the Iced Mocha exterior. The interior looks great, we haven't see it in any photos so it's good to finally see a real photo.
HofstraJet
Thanks, everyone. This is the first new car I have been excited about in a long while (have driven Expeditions for the past 17 years). @pffam1990 - the color is Burgundy Velvet. I really wanted (New York Jets) Green Gem, but it wasn't offered. I saw Rhapsody Blue online and it looked fantastic, but thankfully I went to see it in person on other models and it is much lighter than the website. Looks like Sapphire Blue on the website (which also isn't offered on the 18). Was going to get black, but saw this color on a MKZ and it looked pretty sharp in the sun - figured it would look nice on a big car, and it does. Wife pushed me to the interior choice (I wanted all ebony). Glad I listened - it really does pop with all of the wood trim in the car. I just hope it wears nicely and gets a nice patina instead of looking dingy. The vehicle is getting hand controls installed at the moment (I am in a wheelchair) and it was a bit disconcerting, to say the least, when I stopped by to check on progress to see my brand new vehicle in the garage with the entire underside of the steering column taken apart and screws and parts everywhere. Reminded me of the old saying about seeing sausage made. All should be better in a day or two. HofstraJet
I picked up my Navigator this past weekend but haven't had much time with it as the timing chain on my wife's 2011 Volvo C70 broke and blew out her engine, so I I have been shopping for a new car for her which we needed ASAP (finally found a great deal on a 2018 Audi A5 Cabriolet). Pics and review to come. PS - no gift for me. May be explained by the fact that the guy handling my sale is the fleet manager, so he's used to dealing with corporate customers over email/phone, which was great for me as I never set foot in the dealership other than to sign the papers at delivery (he took my vehicle order via email, x plan pricing so no discussion there, and I emailed him credit app and everything else - was very smooth). TLew
I never got a gift either. I'm reaching out to concierge today re: Avis President's Club membership (I travel a bunch) and will ask about other items that should have come with the vehicle. ETA: The concierge mentioned that it is on a dealer by dealer basis, so we will all have mixed experiences on gifts.
