They’re creating 4000 brand new well paying jobs and around $4B in additional personal income every year. That translates to more federal income tax, state tax (if there is state tax in Alabama), new home and new car sales, more property tax, and a lot more sales tax revenue.

Besides - YOU didn’t pay for it unless YOU live in Alabama.

Ill have to go back and reread the details but I think theres federal incentives too.

You can look at TIFs as them paying for those jobs, but its tax money they would not have had otherwise without the factory being built. The tax money generated from everything else is worth the investment as far as Im concerned.
