I just bought a 2016 Fiesta yesterday.  When I went to connect my phone to Bluetooth, I can't even begin the process.  There's no Bluetooth even showing up in the menu.

Pushing the phone button on the dash does nothing, as does the phone button on the steering wheel.  when I use the menu, I can get to where it says sync to phone, but when I press the button it just goes straight back to the radio.  Also, it's not giving me an option to do a hard reset.

It's still under warranty so I could take it in, but am hoping there's a quick fix.  If I were to disconnect the battery or pull a fuse, would that do it?

Thanks!

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes first. If that doesn't work then it would be time for the dealer.
