silvrsvt
Anyone know what the process is? I want to sign up for it so I can get a friend X plan pricing. I can get A-Z planning though my dad, but rather cut out the middleman for people other than family.
murphy62
This is what it was 4 years ago. I don't know if it has changed. http://www.fordflex.net/misc/ford-shareholders-x-plan-application.pdfFill out the x-plan pin application. It gives you step-by-step directions. You need Ford stock for 6 months or longer and 100 shares.Send in the form with a stock (E-Trade/Ameritrade) statement. You will have an X-Plan Pin to give to a dealer in three days. fusionff
I just did this a few months ago, I believe that I called 1-800-348-7709 as posted at the end of this thread. http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/58968-ford-shareholders-x-plan-form/ They emailed me the form to fill out, which I had to send (physically mail it) to their office in Florida along with my stock holding form. About a week later a woman called and left the X-plan PIN number in a phone message, along with a 1-800 number in case of any issues. This was just after Hurricane Irma, so it may have been a special process. You say you want to get the PIN number for a friend, I'm not positive, but I think the vehicle has to be in your name, since your information is attached to the PIN number. Not 100% sure on that though. Edited November 21, 2017 by fusionff
akirby
You have to own 100 shares for 6 months I believe. There is a form you send to shareholder relations and they send you a pin.
akirby
Your friend would have to own the shares. You can’t give them away to friends or family.

akirby
I thought A/Z plan was only for close family members.
