akirby
Better than Fusion but still not too dramatic. Were there any interior changes?
bdegrand
Eh, I'd argue it was more extensive than Fusion's. Eh, I'd argue it was more extensive than Fusion's. 5 years no change!
bdegrand
So how many of those charger sales are to fleets? the 300 sales are just flat for the past 4 years. How many are police units? Ford breaks out their police units...but it's difficult trying to find how many Chargers are police sales per month!

Were there any interior changes? yes new Gauge/Center console and shifter 2013 (shitfter is wrong...must be pre-production shot) With proper shifter 2010 Center console changed again in 2016/17 for Sync3 Edited July 26, 2017 by silvrsvt
Anthony
How many are police units? Ford breaks out their police units...but it's difficult trying to find how many Chargers are police sales per month! Well, if Ford outsells them, you can assume much less then the PI numbers.
jpd80
Well, if Ford outsells them, you can assume much less then the PI numbers. Exactly, so the number will be between PIU and PI since the Charger is more popular than the Ford sedan.
Fgts
So how many of those charger sales are to fleets? the 300 sales are just flat for the past 4 years. Roughly 10k or so Chargers to the cops another 10k or so to rental/government, the rest in driveways. The 300 would get 10k to the fleets/gov. Additionally, we have long ago figured out that entire document is incredibly flawed and many of the numbers are not accurate. Explorer Police Units (32000/2016)....Taurus Police Units (9500/2016) That data is a few years old too. The data it was citing was from 2014 was before PIU really took over the pursuit rated police car market. GM is basically out of the pursuit rated police car market now so it is Ford PIU, PIS, and Charger. And next year, we will also see Fusion hybrid PIS and F150 PIT.
