fuzzymoomoo
Connor Avenue plant will close permanently too. Not unexpected, but still not a good thing when jobs are lost, even if most everyone will be relocated. http://www.freep.com/story/money/cars/chrysler/2017/07/12/viper-production-endin-summer-fca-shuttering-conner-assembly/471203001/
atomcat68
Maybe losing jobs isn't the end result. If they are not wasting resources on something that really doesn't bear fruit, the resources can be spent on making things more profitable. If anything, this will benefit everyone in the long run and could create jobs. The Viper isn't doing well, and they don't really have the money or effort to waste on this, then the workers are better off in the long run working on a more secure car line.
