I have a 2004 Crown Vic (oh will I miss this car when it is gone).

Everything works EXCEPT the driver door lock.  It will unlock (switch or remote), but won't lock.  I have replaced the solenoid, but it exhibits the same problem.

Ideas, anyone?

So all the other doors lock and unlock with door switch and remote? Driver's door only unlocks correct with remote or door switch? Door open or closed doesn't make a difference? It sounds like the driver door module. The driver's door lock has its own separate circuit for two step unlocking.
