Pioneer Posted June 18, 2017 Share Posted June 18, 2017 Can't speak for production, but once a year trades can bump between Body, Paint, Final and Central Maintenance at DTP. You can also sign up twice a year to go to the other plants around the Rouge, but you only go if there is an opening. You can also line up trades with somebody in another building at any time, but the Union and management between both plants have to sign off on it. Personally it doesn't bother me because there's so many high seniority people in final who want nothing more than to fuck us low seniority workers as hard and as fast as they can so if they were to open up the whole complex it wouldn't make a damn bit of difference to me. My seniority probably wouldn't get it at this point either but when higher seniority can move up and out we all move up even a little bit.
