Tesla split pits tech analysts vs. car analysts

I think Tesla shot themselves in the foot (again) and sealed their fate by making the Model X so bats*** strange and the Model 3 a sedan instead of giving the market a real CUV which is what the average consumer demands.

 

Tesla's stock will crash and they will survive as a take over target for some other company. I really like the Model S. It is one of my favorite cars, but there are just too many obstacles in Tesla's path and the shame is that they are to blame for placing most of them there themselves.

Where do business analysts fit in this? You know, the people who look at Tesla's books and see nothing sustainable.

Why don't you know, anyone who says anything bad about Tesla is wrong and living in the past.

 

The harsh reality here is that Tesla exists as an example of willpower and venture capital over economic reality.

everyone now waits for the next chapter in the Elon Musk missed targets and rubbery goals agenda.

If they fixed the roof line to make look like a two box vehicle vs a over inflated Model S that would be a huge help

 

The Model 3 is a good/decent looking sedan, but at the same time an electric vehicle is more or less the antithesis of a CUV anyways. I wonder how Ford's Model E will do in the market.

How much of the Model X's design had to do with aerodynamics? (I'm genuinely asking)
