Anthony
The U.S. government is suing Fiat Chrysler, alleging that some diesel pickup trucks and Jeeps cheat on emissions tests. The lawsuit filed Tuesday alleges that nearly 104,000 Ram pickups and Jeep Grand Cherokees have software that makes them perform differently during normal driving than during lab tests by the Environmental Protection Agency. http://www.detroitnews.com/story/business/autos/chrysler/2017/05/23/fca-emissions/102058266/ Edited May 23, 2017 by Anthony better source

jpd80
Interesting that FCA developed an upgraded software package for its vehicles and if approved for the 2017, is prepared to install in all 2014-2016s as a medial action.... What they don't address is an admission that the original program was in breach of the regulations,
