sullynd
And it wasn't a Leaf. Seems newsworthy. Mitsubishi or Nissan. The Leaf is a Nissan.
RichardJensen
Mitsubishi or Nissan. The Leaf is a Nissan. Oh right. I was thinking of the IMiEV or whatever.
RichardJensen
You mean the Mirage? Yep. That's the one. Had to look up a picture to double check.
jpd80
Would that be the G4 sedan? They look like the wheels are too small for the body.....
twintornados
We have a new Mitsu dealership where our old Ford store was before "The Meltdown" and now I see Mitsu's everywhere....
rmc523
I'm honestly surprised they're still around.
tbone
I'm honestly surprised they're still around. Me too, even though there is a Mitsu dealer near me on western Chicagoland, I really do not see many on the road. I suppose that could have something to do with the fact that none of their vehicles are attractive.
rperez817
Me too, even though there is a Mitsu dealer near me on western Chicagoland, I really do not see many on the road. I suppose that could have something to do with the fact that none of their vehicles are attractive. Mitsubishi Motors' new vehicle market share in Chicagoland in April 2017 was 0.8%. It's struggling so far this year though. Mitsubishi had the steepest decrease in Chicago area new vehicle retail market share in the first 4 months of 2017 compared to 1 year ago. http://www.cata.info/assets/1/7/Chicago_Apr_17_Data.pdf Mitsubishi Motors vehicles tend to be much more popular in Illinois than in the U.S. as a whole. Popular Mechanics said "In Illinois, the Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander Sport each have market shares more than twice their national market shares." http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/a16950/the-unofficial-state-cars-of-america/
7Mary3
I see more Marai's than Mirage's! Mitsubishi would have been gone if it wasn't for Renault/Nissan.
630land
Outlanders do Ok since they offer AWD in our snow and slush. But, regarding sedans, a fan boy poster on TTAC.com got excited saying "Nissan will rebadge the Altima as a Galant and Maxima as Diamonte!" Yeah right, dream on kiddo.
