In a letter dated Nov 5th 2015 during contract negotiations, Ford and UAW agreed to a pilot program for Integrated Control Systems Tech training. I heard that at sub council it was going into the rest of the plants. What exactly is it? Is it a good thing or a bad thing? Thanks for any info.

Elec. Leader Bobby Coleman MAP body.
