Ford should consider having a "wheel boutique" in the Ford stores that will give you credit for the tires/rims on the truck for the tire/rim combo of your choice. Nice after sale, sale.

This is an interesting concept, and would be quite useful to the buyers.

Agree here too. I'll be ordering a 2018 Platinum and one of the first things I'll be doing is swapping the wheels/tires. Would be much easier if the dealer would put on a set of Fuels or whatever and gave me some type of credit for the brand new Platinum wheels/tires.

Fuel are great wheels. I had a black set for four years and was amazed how well they held up through the Midwest winters. I liked them so well that I put a set on my new truck. Black of course.
Fortunately I could reuse the tires, and the wheels were easy to sell.

I was at my dealership today getting the oil changed in the Explorer. Of course, I checked out the inventory while waiting. They have a pre production18 Platinum and a Limited. The Limited is in the showroom where it's nice and cool, so I checked that one over pretty good.I have to say that the Navy Pier interior looks a heck of a lot richer than the current Mojave does. I tried out the new B & O entertainment system and although it plays very loud, the bass seemed a bit muddy. The seats are very comfortable and the massage function is nice. I like the headlight treatment better on the 18 with the light band all the way around and an orange marker light in the center. The wheels are far nicer as well.

I think the location of the sub behind the seat is affecting the quality of the base. The base in my 2013, which was under the seat, was much better than my 2017's. That is unless they're using a cheaper or less quality sub than they were in 2013.

Thanks Captain. You can thank voice texting and lack of proofreading for that.

Lol. And people want me to trust a self driving car. They can't even get this speech to text stuff down consistently.
