Mopar fans are thinking the Super Bowl Alfa ads are going to 'stimulate sales'. Yeah from 100 a month to 200!

By next month, average Joes will be looking at the next media fads and have forgotten Super Bowl commercials.

"Isn't Alfa-Romeo that luxury Honda?" Or, "I liked that Alfa dude on the Sopranos"

And a the usual chorus of "A-R platforms will be the used in new Dodges!"  Operative words 'will be'.

Alfa-Romeo keeps looking like Sterling and Yugo day by day.

Well considering the Yugo was based off a Fiat...

...And that the Fiat 500L is built at the same plant that built the Yugo...

ITALIAN!!

Remember all the commercials that described the Volkswagen Routan as having "German engineering?"  It's a thing.

CURRENT VEHICLES
2005 Buick Rainier CXL V8, 150K (mine)
2013 Ford Fusion Titanium, 37k (wife's)

PREVIOUS VEHICLES

1999 Nissan Maxima SE Limited, 188K (wife's; donated)

2001 Pontiac Bonneville SLE, 126K (the Cruise Missile; started getting gremlins, plus we outgrew it)

1996 Nissan Pathfinder SE 4WD, 111-160K+ (stupid odometer) (sold to make room for the Bonnie)
1995 Dodge Intrepid (wife's; almost everything that could go wrong did; towed away stealthily)

FUTURE VEHICLES?

Some other sort of three-row family hauler (for us)

6th-gen Ford Mustang GT Coupe? (for me)
