Heh.
"To add washer fluid to you Alfa Romeo 4C, have someone else do it for you."
or
"To add washer fluid to your Alfa Romeo 4C, drive to your nearest barely-clinging-to-existence Fiat/Alfa dealership and park your car across at least two parking spots. Walk into the service department and immediately begin talking loudly about what you need. Owning an Alfa 4C entitles you to treat everyone else like dirt. Continue to abuse any and all Alfa service staff until your washer fluid is topped off. Do not say thank you. Help yourself to whatever complimentary pastries are left over, but not before complaining about the selection. Leave in a huff."

Whenever people talk about cars having "character," this is ultimately what it really means.

It's not pejorative if it's true.

I'm not saying it's good, but I believe it's this way because there is no hood or "frunk" on the 4C....in other words, the front doesn't open, so there's no other way to get to it. I still think they could've figured out a better way though.
Be interesting to see how one adds fluid on the GT.
It wasn't too difficult on the '05 GT. You did have to remove the luggage tray, but that was secured with quarter turn latches, not screws.

Let your dedicated mechanic/butler do it?
