Yeah that would make sense...I was getting my MY mixed up...2018s come out this year, a 2019 would be post September 2018...thats a year and half from now. Chester Posted January 9, 2017 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Are we likely to get a reveal of the Ranger/Bronco any time soon? I so badly want to get a new Ranger. I have a 3/4 ton truck now that I use to pull trailers and other work, but I want to replace my car with a smaller truck that fits into the garage. Hopefully it will get decent mileage. I didn't realize the Wrangler didn't have a 5th seat/seatbelt. But yeah, I'd be making the same switch from a Flex, so while I wouldn't expect it to have Lincoln levels of luxury, I'd like it to be at least toward Edge levels rather than the more ultra utility approach that Wrangler takes. And given how Ford is with the trucks making them nice, it won't surprise me if they do have nice models alongside the more utility ones. I like my amenities haha.....that's one thing Ford has been good at, though.....no matter which vehicle/model across the whole lineup, there always seems to be a trim that offers just about all of the goodies Ford has to offer. The Wrangler is really unique in the fact that it doesn't have fixed enclosed area over the passenger area into the rear storage area. I don't see Ford going that route with the Bronco...I think they are correctly aiming at the market that wants a bit more refinement when it comes the interior.
