Hugh
Just stirring the pot here, does the DL in the label on the rear passenger door indicate Diesel? Did it sound like a diesel or was that another vehicle?
BORG
Is there "photos" or just a photo? Because all I see is a photo of the front.

Hugh
I'm not seeing the DL you mention, but the video in the link is of a diesel F150. I'm just seeing the one too. At 00:46, on top of the rear passenger door handle is a label "FC8SDL49". That is what I was referring to. This weekend I went driving in both my buddies RAM's. One had the HEMI, the other the EcoDiesel. The Diesel is pretty impressive.
speedingtones
It's hard to say anything based on the pictures, But the front looks different,
kyle
Minor thing but I wished they would dump the damn radio antenna! It's a truck thing for some reason and not sure why it is not incorporated into the other antenna?

It's a truck thing for some reason and not sure why it is not incorporated into the other antenna? I've not understood that either. The Expedition hasn't had an external antenna since 2003 (and the rest of the lineup has switched to the short mast one or now more recently the shark fin), why can't the F-150 incorporate a similar setup?

vujo91@gmail.com
https://youtu.be/QbAIYqVy2oc "Mid-cycle refresh time is coming for the Ford F-150, (we assume) right on schedule for the 2018 model year. This test vehicle was caught driving in Dearborn, Michigan, near the company's headquarters, product development center, and test track. The current F-150 dates back to the 2015 model year and adds the Raptor for 2017, plus a 10-speed automatic transmission and new EcoBoost turbo 3.5-liter V6." fordmantpw
That's a mighty fast refresh timeline... the darn thing just came out! "...dates back to the 2015 model year" You mean last year? It's actually a year late. The F150 typically gets a facelift in its 3rd model year after a redesign ('99, '06, '11). '18 will be the forth model year for this gen F150. BORG
We've probably already seen what the new F-150 looks like thanks to the '17 SuperDuty.
fordmantpw
We've probably already seen what the new F-150 looks like thanks to the '17 SuperDuty. I don't think they will share front ends. The SD will maintain its more beefy squared off looks while the F150 will be a tad softer. Edited July 8, 2016 by fordmantpw
