If this were an issue in Europe I would get it. I Think it is just as likely as any other type of accident they test. I can see someone texting, or falling asleep and crashing into parked cars or a light post as a more likely scenario than someone crossing into your lane from the opposite direction or you doing the same. BORG Posted June 28, 2016 Share Posted June 28, 2016 (edited) Well considering the Escape flunked this test on the Driver Side, pretty sure you can expect the same on the Passenger side, which is a good thing since they didn't bring attention to themselves for this test since they didn't qualify.
