There are a ton of people with 10+ years that would jump at that job, but they just give it to the lowest seniority people at MAP? You and I know that, you because you've clearly read and understand the contract, me because I'm on LTS assignment so I've had this crap explained whether I asked for it to be or not. Oh, and yeah, I read the contract too. Some people haven't read, let alone understand the contract and would rather have other people tell them what the deal is.
