ruger345 Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 Hello I have a 2011 f150 raptor and the oil has been changed at the dealership every 5-8k miles. 57800 miles and still under power train warranty. It's a 6.2l and started knocking terrible. Took it to the dealership and they looked at the motor said it was sludged up and Ford wouldn't cover the motor under warranty. Ron.Bumpus Posted November 21, 2016 Share Posted November 21, 2016 Provide them receipts for all the oilchanges. if you need to go to the places you had the oil changed at, they should be able to get you the information you need. then ask for the number to the regional or district manager handling the dealership.
