i have always used 87 octane regular

a new Sheetz station opened near me. it offers 88 octane e15 (for 2001 & newer vehicles only" it also offers e85 flex fuel minimum 51% ethanol.

Can i use either of these in my Taurus, and how much lower on avg. will gas mileage be?

The flex fuel was about 20% less than regular, and i think i heard flex fuel gets 15% less mileage, so it would still be cheaper. Opinions/experience with either?
