statts Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 They start at 15.79 with the possibility to be permanent as people leave. They work 3days per week as TPT. No vision or dental coverage as TPT just medical and no bonuses or profit share as TPT However as people go to other plants and retire, the TPTs convert to permanent on a 1 for 1 basis, by date of entry Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
