The nav system audio turns off at random and nothing with audio will work right (Navigation , radio, phone, etc). It will work again when it's ready tho. The dealer says they need it (not) working to access the fix (I really believe that), so it is difficult to get the truck to them when it decides not to work. But I've come to the conclusion that it's one of Ford's "Better Ideas" to give you some peace and quiet when driving down the road. It's actually quite nice, at times, not having the radio blasting, phone ringing and the nav system telling one where to go. Since they haven't been able to get it right from your 2011 till now, try to think of Ford's electrical issues as a way to bring you back in time before all these things even existed.
