2x4
I have to agree. Its total garbage. Where the hell do they figure that is an improved profit sharing formula?
caustic
I have to agree. Its total garbage. Where the hell do they figure that is an improved profit sharing formula? Improved over what chrysler used to have I assume. Maybe they say improved because if your car wins an award like JD Powers you get an extra few bucks. Smells like the south side of a northbound mule to me.
Genesis
Not really sure what paper you guys are referring to but the only paper that is out so far is Chryslers. None of it is relative to us...yet! Why don't we wait and just see what's real before we jump to conclusions.
tooltime
Just looking at Chryslers profit sharing highlights it seems to be 20% less than our (UAW-Ford) formula---- Still an improvement for Chrysler since their profit sharing checks were about half of ours over the past few years Edited September 26, 2015 by tooltime
J-150
Just looking at Chryslers profit sharing highlights it seems to be 20% less than our (UAW-Ford) formula---- Still an improvement for Chrysler since their profit sharing checks were about half of ours over the past few years FCA also makes less profit with American revenues fuelling the money losing Italian operations. FCA workers must be getting screwed on profit sharing.
MTP'er
Well look at what Daimler did to Chrysler, they took everything from Chrysler including $12 BILLION in cash and at that time Chrysler was making $1 BILLION a quarter. First it was the Germans and now the Italians. Who's next the Russians? Lets thank the federal government for allowing all this to happen.
