Lima engine

most of the plant(non skilled) is on traditional shifts. pv6 side is 2 shifts(days and afternoons) d35 is 3 shift traditonal

 

yeah decent amount of OT. assembly has one weekend every two or so same for pv6

in machining 3 crews(except for crank, crank is going 4 crews in nov) machining has more OT

lots of good people and good jobs here, there is a few bad apples(mainly some of the idiots with big mouths that transferred down...aka trashfers)

big hint, if u do come down dont be liike that.

cost of living is cheaper,,,lima city kinda sucks, but outskirts is ok. and country is better.

Yeah no problem.. It's a big decis9lion and u have to weigh all options..moving allowance is nice. If u have more question please pm me I can tell ya more detail there if u need/want it's a great plant and I think a great future.. Lots of real good ppl down here. As oppose to some other plants I have been at..
