Raise for everyone. Big fat signing bonus. Reinstating of cost of living. Eliminate second tier pay scale. Guaranteed future work for plants. I understand the 6 BILLION negotiated is actually 8 BILLION invested in our plants so far this contract. Hopefully the UAW can gain more investment this contract.
