MarcM Posted June 3, 2015 Share Posted June 3, 2015 I have an 07 Expedition EB and the front air does not work infrequently, but it only happens when the temp is over 100F (I live in Phx). This issue started last September and stopped when the temp lowered and started again this week. Nothing by way of phone chargers has changed over the past 9 months (when it was happening in September, then didn't happen all winter, and now happening again). Clutch engages, rear air works, just front stops blowing...any ideas or solutions? I have tried all the different settings, and when it won't blow nothing logical seems to get it back moving...and then there are some random times, it will blow. noelhowell Posted June 11, 2016 Share Posted June 11, 2016 I have a 2007 Expedition Limited EL and my ac/heater blower motor was started to act up a couple months ago. It was coming on and off on its own while the rear was fine. I disconnected the blower motor and test for power and it was good. Took motor out and headed to parts store. New motor $75. While in the store I noticed significant dust and debris coming out of the assembly so went back home, sprayed it out with my air hose. Reconnected it and all is well.
