pap Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 ive got a new f-350 king ranch dually. originally had a roof leak, passenger grab handle would leak in a heavy rain. i took it back to the dealer. 3 weeks after i bought it. they removed the head liner. wet the roof, could'nt find a leak. 2 days later i washed the truck and saw 3 dents on the top ridge of the hood.they said they didn't do it. called ford. same results. it looks like someones knee prints. any ideas what to do now? 92merc Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 If you only noticed them now, they are probably not too bad. I would suggest finding a paintless dent repair place. They can probably fix it up. Submit to insurance and see if they'll pay. I'd mention your recent service work. Never know if they'll be able to "convince" the dealer they did it.
