chassisgroupleader
Is it true that C-crew @ Chicago assembly is being eliminated??? Looks like Chicago is losing the 2016 Lincoln MKS and Ford Taurus to Flat Rock Assembly Plant. If I was a low seniority Employee I would be worried, high absenteeism and low quality puts C-crew at High risk.

Chassisgroupleader, Let me guess and Dearborn is losing the F150 to Kentucky Truck because of poor attendance and down time from their C Crew and Dearborn is cutting their C Crew also. And its true because you know a Union Rep at Dearborn who told you This?? Bahhh said the sheep...

littlecountry
C-Crew at CAP has been turned into a work release program, will be funded by the state, so it's safe for years to come. Do the crime, work weekends!
Decker
Maybe not at CAP, but Ford announced that MAP will layoff C CREW starting in June.............. about 700 people Yes, CAP is safe with the only thing Ford believes in, sales.... My feelings and prayers go out to my sisters and brothers at MAP. When will we be rid of those that pray on our own by withholding information that could ease the pain of waiting for issues like this to be put into place. When will the UAW stop being politicians and be truthful about the true nature of the entry level workforce? Why is the IUAW making it easier for the company to turn the work force into the new TPT or LTPT? The migrant auto worker has to end. For those that feel the sick shit eating need to put fear into those that are young of seniority.... I hope you choke on the shit coming out of your mouths. Someday the union ideology will be put back into place and the politics that is killing unionism, will be shown for the half truths, lies and deceit that union politics really is.
