jerrymaker Posted March 7, 2015 Share Posted March 7, 2015 Ford said that the 2.0 engine and the 2.3 ecoboost engine will be built in cleveland. they said that it's the first time for these engines to be built in the usa. they were built in spain before. no word on the fate of dearborn engine plant. the cleveland engines are for the mustang, explorer and mkc. mnm Posted March 8, 2015 Share Posted March 8, 2015 Odd this is news. They've been installing the new line to run these engines for the past year and we've been in launch mode since the fall.
