Pioneer
STOCKHOLDERS provide MONEY needed to Company. No One buying STOCK, no PRODUCT or FAT Paychecks for hourly! Support PENSION funds and STOCKHOLDERS, stop SUBSIDIZING hourly union! Ford only makes money on stock when it issues new, but that's bad for current stockholders because you dilute their share and the price tumbles. Stockholders actually cost the company money through dividends.

Tier2
has anything officially been put out on paper that you seen? Just checked it is $2.982...but I don't see how that is going to be $6900 on average.
tooltime
Just checked it is $2.982...but I don't see how that is going to be $6900 on average. According to my Chairman the UAW negotiated multiplier has not been released yet. As he has posted the official multiplier in the past and its a letter from the UAW. He said he would post it as soon as its released.

swine77
Why would it be different?
mtpmom
Average is based on 1,850 hours not 2300!! There's only a few plants that it would even be possible to get 2300 hours and thats only with TONS of OT. 1,850 hours is working 40 hours per week....and yes thats in the contract language.

nmsford
I'd say average at my plant is around 2300. A lot of people could have worked as much as 3000 if they wanted all that OT

brizzel
I agree that figure is an example. Not actual multiplier.

rbeaz
I can't see having to work over 2300 hours to get the whole $6900 that's bs it gotta be an example
4600
Last years FAQ example was 3.90 so 2.9 this year might not be far off... Edited February 19, 2015 by 4600
Ktp1989
8600 average equal about 3.90 6900 average should equal about 3.129 3.129 would be close based on percentages as the per hour rate...just a guess
