grouchyfd
I have a 2014 F350 SRW 4x4 crew cab long bed diesel with fifth wheel tow kit. I just purchased the Firestone Ride Rite air bag system. This system has the auto level arm like on big rigs. It also has a 2gal. tank and associated compressor and air station set up to air up tires and the like. I would like to hook up the power lead to an ignition activated power source in the power distribution box under the hood. The Ride Rite system has an in-line 30 amp fuse. All of the spare fuse positions in the PDB are hot with the ignition off. Is there anywhere in the PDB that is ignition activated? Thanks PeterFD
akirby
It's better to run a lead directly from the battery and use a 35 or 40 amp relay to activate it.
