blwnsmoke
I got quite a few kicks out of reading this article.. https://autos.yahoo.com/news/2015-toyota-tundra-trd-pro-starts-41-285-120015848.html Toyota Racing Development (TRD) gives the Tundra some serious off-road capability with features like TRD Bilstein shocks with remote reservoirs in the front and rear, TRD-tuned front springs that give and extra 2″ of lift, special front badging that pays tribute to early Toyotas, TRD floor mats and shift knobs, and 18″ black TRD alloy wheels with Michelin Off-Road tires designed only for the Tundra. ^^^ So a little lift and Bilstein Shocks.. The Tundra TRD Pro also gets an exclusive TRD front skid plate, TRD Pro quarter panel bed stamping, multi-reflector halogen headlights with black sport bezels and manual level control, and a special interior seat color with red stitching. The outside gets its own special color with the addition of new bright orange Inferno paint. Should one really promote Multi Reflector Halogens?? ^^^ Who the hell approves these designs and thinks to themselves "Gee, that looks really good"??? twintornados
Toyota just proved that you CAN polish a TRD after all....
jpd80
All the good parts in a Tundra TRD are not from Toyota? Keep going and swap the whole truck.... The next bit of positive marketing will be the high percentage of TRDs sold compared to all Tundra sales... RichardJensen
Should one really promote Multi Reflector Halogens?? Umm. Maybe the standard headlights are sealed beam units?
