JACKAL_SOF Posted July 18, 2014 Share Posted July 18, 2014 PickupTrucks.com was able to run a short head to head test on the way to the FORD Super Duty media event in WV this week. They was able to do a short uphill run on 6 to 7% grades with the F-450 and a RAM 3500 each towing a 24K trailer. The results are attached, Ford did very well. This same website was very critical of the 2013 F-450 in a similar head to head test. Though they indicate they remain skeptical the results are what they are for a limited 5 mile run.
