It is a standard part of the dealer invoice but that amount is already figured into the posted A/Z plan price on the invoice so they should not be adding it (or anything else) to the invoice A/Z price. That's all part of the invoice price but the A/Z/D/X plan prices listed on the actual invoice already have those fees included.
