Ordered a Transit Connect in mid-Feb. Uncertain arrival date here in eastern USA. Wagon, Short wheelbase. Saw the very first one on the road on 07 May, a commercial cargo van Transit Connect. I've received my VIN, but the lookup tools online reject the VIN as invalid. Would like to see the window sticker online. The owner's manual is available online, however.

Well after waiting 4 months for a transit connect, the one that was ordered for me has suddenly became MIA, But I located a Burnish Glow with almost the same equipment on my order, it has remote start, and no roof rails, so if I had to choose I would loose the roof rails! Anyhow the vehicle only has been on the ground for two days and the dealer was gracious to give it up to my dealer :-)

Pictures are forthcoming!!

Which engine did you ordered? I'm inclined to get the 1.6 ecoboost

I Ordered the 2.5l since the 1.6 has some issues they working on and for $900 extra you don't get much better milage ,turbos needs more care than non turbos I did not want to deal with that, the 2.5 is been around for long time should be a reliable choice. Plus it is a long wait even for the 2.5 imagine for the 1.6 non of the dealers has one yet.

I got my 2014 Transit Connect LWB wagon in late March, I had ordered it way back in July. It was built right before Christmas, got to the US in February and was stuck in customs for 6 weeks. Finally got it and I love it. It has a great ride and handling, plenty of room, easy to get in & out of. We already took it on one trip and it was great for our trip. I saw one article from Consumers Reports saying these vehicles have wind noise but I have not heard any wind noise on mine, it is very quiet inside. It was worth the wait.

Got mine last Thursday! So far I love it. The only option I could find was the Titanium fully loaded. It was more than I originally wanted to pay but way cheaper than the competitions offering fully loaded. Handling and ride are great. It's super roomy and the my touch system is pretty great compared to what was in the 2006 Lexus IS 250, my last new car. It gets a lot of strange looks but the fact that I can keep my kids car seat in, lug a bunch of gear and still have room for a passenger is great! Looking forward to many great years with it.

Hello all, I'm the new guy here. A few days ago I bought a new 2014 TC LWB Wagon. I is the Burnished Glow with the black cloth interior. I really didn't want many options, but I had a couple I did want, and had to settle for one on the lot. I need the towing package and roof rack for my business, but I didn't need the Sync, heated windshield, or 17" wheels. BTW, the I hate the glare from the heated windshield at night. I do wish it had the Ecoboost, but they don't offer it in the LWB Wagon... So far and it has more pickup than I expected. I had taken a test drive in a LWB van, and it didn't have much get up and go at all. It got to about 45mph, and fell flat on it's face.

I took it on a road trip today with the wife for about 130 miles into the Sierra Nevada Foothills outside of Sacramento, and it did pretty good on the hills. The cruise control held on the 4-5% grades with just downshifting a gear or two to maintain 55mph. I did notice some rattles in the front doors, but that was the only thing I noticed.
