Ford Build Anomaly & Random Qu's

First off, great forum and very informative. I am currently doing F250 builds on the Ford website and I have come up against something that I don't understand. Maybe someone can help.

 

First I select the 6.7 diesel and then I select the 3.31 axle ratio and then when I select the 4x4 the cost is $3,700 or so. But when I go back and select the 3.55 axle ratio which is what I want it then says that the 4x4 selection costs $0.00.

 

So what does this mean? Why is the 4x4 cost $0.00 when I select the 3.55 axle ratio??

 

Just on a side note can anyone answer these questions also?

 

Does the F250 crew cab have child restraints in the rear seats?

What is the F250's top speed before the governor cuts in?

How quickly does the crew cab 3.55 axle ratio go 0 to 60mph and same for 3.31 axle ratio (both unloaded)?

 

I live in Australia and not even our importers seem to know the answers to these questions. I guess I have been asking the wrong people. Hence this post for help. Thanks guys.
