2005Explorer Posted September 22, 2013 Share Posted September 22, 2013 I know this has been an issue for many years, but it appears that Uhaul will once again rent trailers for 5th generation (2011-2014) Explorers. All 2010 and older are still banned from towing their trailers. I never understood why the 2002-2010s were banned or why you could tow with a Mountaineer no matter the year, but this is good news for 2011+ Explorer owners that have a tow package. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
