Bob Rosadini
My son has the opportunity to pick up a loaded 2010, flex fuel 5.4. It has a bit over 100,000 but it is clen as a whistle. Was a corporate car and the ford dealer that has it says they usually wholesale high mileage vehicles but this is so mint they are retailing. Asking 19,000. Any particular issues with 2010? Was the plug issue resolved by 2010?. This is a second vehicle replacing an 05 150 crew. Reason for this size is he needs it to tow his 23 Mako short distances to launch ramp on weekends. His wife will be primary driver. Appreciate any opinions
theoldwizard
If the dealer can not produce records that show the plugs were changed, have them do it. I would ask for a front suspension inspection/alignment. $19K is at the high end of "retail" price on Kelly Blue Book, so try to negotiate those service items into the price. Fuel economy stinks. 10-13 around town. My daughter loves her 2012 Expedition EL. Edited November 19, 2012 by theoldwizard
