2003 Expedition electrical problem

I have a 2003 Expedition. When I drive by a FAA radar system, the gauges on the instrument panel will go crazy. It does not happen every time but probably about 80% of the time. The gauges will go from one extreme to the other several times. This vehicle had some other electrical problems years ago but they were able to fix them. This is not a major problem, the expedition still runs great. But it does get annoying. It even zeros out the trip odometer. Has anyone had this problem and/or know a fix?

I'm more concerned with the effects of the RADAR system on your body if its strong enough to induce electrical system issue on your truck
