toddwxyz
Imagine having a flat tire in a downpour and late for a meeting...know that you're a handy guy and change this puppy in 15 minutes... only to discover the silly lock that protects the tire nobody would steal is frozen! You can see the spare tire, but you can't have it! Is the solution really only to drill out the lock?
grcmptrnrd
I had success using penetrating oil followed by a torch about a month ago. Make sure to lubricate it regularly if you get it out.
