Anyone know the optimal size and format for MyFordTouch wallpaper on the 2012 Focus?

Google says everything from 800x600 to 800x378. I assume a jpg works fine.

First thing I want to do in my car is set the wallpaper...
2012 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback, Tuxedo Black, Premium Pkg, MyFord Touch/Nav, Parking Tech, Winter Pkg, Moonroof, 17" Machined and Painted Wheels, Cargo Protector

From pg. 57 of the 2012 MFT manual:

Uploading photos for your home screen wallpaper
Your system allows you to upload and view up to 32 photos.
To access:
1. Press Menu > Display > Edit Wallpaper.
2. Follow the system prompts to upload your photographs.
Note: You can NOT load photos directly from your camera. You MUST
access the photos from either your USB mass storage device or from an
SD card.
Photo display limitations:
Compatible file formats are as follows: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp
Each file must be 1.5 MB or less.
Recommended dimensions: 800 x 378
Only the photograph(s) which meet these conditions will be
displayed. Photographs with extremely large dimensions (i.e., 2048
x 1536) may not be compatible and will appear as a blank (black)
image on the display.

Now: 2012 Focus Titanium 5-door - Ingot Silver/Charcoal. Titanium Premium, Handling and Winter Packages and Navigation.
Gone but not forgotten: 2003 Lincoln LS V8 Premium Sport - Lt. Tundra/Espresso w/THX-Nav, KKM cold-air intake.
2000 Lincoln LS V8 Sport - Graphite Blue/Lt. Graphite. Custom stainless steel cold-air intake, Magnaflow cat-back exhaust, CDC LSE wheels.

Would you happen to have a link to an online copy of the user manual? I have a Focus Titanium on order and I would love to get a head-start on learning about MyTouch. Thanks!
