I'm looking for feedback on replacement wipers...

I've got trico neoform beam blades on my other vehicle and they are really, really good but before I get another set, I wanted to see what everybody had to say - good or bad - about other wiper blade options for the Navigator. I figure better safe than sorry...

Anyone? Bueller?? Bueller???

I got the standard Anco blade and it stinks. Chatters like crazy. I would have put back OEM if I had known.

I've tried a number of different brands over the years. I used to be stuck on Bosch but even the top-of-the-line Icon would never fit right on the back wiper. And they are IMO over-priced. Duralast (AutoZone brand) was cheapest and worked well from the start, but squeaked too much. Right now I'm loving Rain-X Weatherbeaters that fit perfect and seem to be lasting the longest. Also they're quiet, clean the whole window, and reasonably priced too.

BTW welcome to the forums

Follow-up to my initial post: There is a upgraded rear wiper for the Lincoln Navigator that actually is excellent all the way around - rear and front. If you want to upgrade to the newer-style, one-piece, frameless (whatever you want to call them) wiper blades, I recommend taking a look at the "Trico NeoForm Beam Blades". Product Info & Picture: https://www.wipers123.com/NeoForm.php They come in all the required sizes for the Navigators from 1998-2010+

If you haven't tried the new-style wipers, I highly recommend them - they can make an older vehicle a little more enjoyable to drive. Getting rid of the fragile frames makes all the difference in durability and performance. For the rear, they're not so curved and stiff that they lose contact with the glass - they are actually quite flexible. They also look great and the price has come down on them. Wipe clean and super quiet. Major improvement in the winter. You can get them online.

Two Thumbs Up - Hope this helps others!!

I second this suggestion, I had neoforms on my 07 expedition and they are hands down the best wipers I ever had.. NO comparison to the stock junk. Sadly I forgot to take them off before I returned the vehicle so now I will have to buy new one for my '10. :banghead:
