cdangdrive
I thought it was done for with the CX-7 arriving? Article says 2008/2009 Mazda Tribute Hybrid will still be selling with Escape and Mariner. Kris Kolman
Killing Tribute because of the CX-7 never made much sense... But then the media never really does think things thru. The Tribute is 10 in shorter than the CX-7 and starts some $4000 less than the CX-7. They don't overlap in size or price... And the Hybrid will help makeup for the lost sales due to the CX-7's introduction. Anyway... Aren't there spy shots around that show the facelift? sullynd
Anyway... Aren't there spy shots around that show the facelift? Yep... Automotive media at it's worst... went from Mazda not making a 2007 Tribute, to Mazda discontinuing the Tribute because the automotive media is lazy, and all it takes is one poor assumption and it shows up everywhere. Walt
... went from Mazda not making a 2007 Tribute, to Mazda discontinuing the Tribute ... Yep, Mazda is just skipping the short 2007 model year. I guess there is just enough sales volume during a full model year, and not enough with a short one.
